The Town contributes 3 percent to each full-time employee’s 457 Plan. This allows employees to invest additional tax deferred dollars into a retirement saving plan.
Full-time employees receive ample general leave time – from 16 days (128 hours) up to 31 days (248 hours) based on years of service. Paid Time Off (PTO) acts as a bank of hours that can be used for vacation, sick time and personal leave. Full-time employees receive 12 paid holidays annually. Employees receive 3-5 days leave for bereavement.
Non-exempt full-time employees may earn compensatory time in lieu of paid overtime.
