Vacant Town Board Trustee Seat
The Town of Severance is now accepting letters of interest for a vacant Town Board Trustee seat. The appointment will expire in April of 2020. A member of the Town Board must be a resident and a qualified elector of the Town of Severance for a minimum of two years prior to their appointment, and they may not hold any other public office or any position within the Town government. Although no specific experience is necessary as a prerequisite to this appointment, special consideration will be given to applicants who have experience or education in local, state, or federal government, planning, law or a related field.
Letters of interest explaining your qualifications and intent should be addressed to the Mayor and Town Board of Trustees, Attn: Nicholas Wharton, Town Administrator, and may either be sent to Severance Town Hall, 3 S. Timber Ridge Pkwy., P.O. Box 339, Severance, CO 80546, or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
